Sure, it’s okay to take a “you” day where you give yourself a break and laze in bed, but a list is something you can look at to remember your goals when you wake up feeling unmotivated.
Surround Yourself with a Good Support System

These people can help you feel like a positive person throughout the day. They can listen, offer hugs and shoulders to cry on, and simply be there to motivate you to be the person you strive to be.
Give Yourself at Least 2 Months to Establish a New Habit or Healthier Routine
Never, ever jump headfirst into a new healthy habit because a lack of planning is preparation for failure. It takes at least 60 days to establish a new habit, healthy or otherwise, so give yourself some time to make those new habits a routine. Don’t beat yourself up if you screw up one day.
